Mr. Huynh Minh Bac discussed the plan of the investment implementation of Dam Vac Golf 18 holle and Mau Lam - Dam Vac Garden Villa Projects in Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province with Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan February, 2005.

Mr. Huynh Minh Bac and Vinh Phuc Province’s authorities issued the commencement order of Dam Vac Golf 18 holle and Mau Lam - Dam Vac Garden Villa Projects in Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province March 6^th, 2005.

On October 17^th 2009, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, the Chairman of Ninh Thuan’s Provincal People Committee granted a certificate of investment project " Ganesa Ninh Thuan Resort and Eco -Tourism area" to Mr. Huynh Minh Bac - the GICC’s General Director.

Mr. Tran Minh Tri, Representative of Global ICC Joint Stock Company introduced the project of “Resort Ganesa Ninh Thuan Eco-tourist Area” in Ninh Thuan Province with the total investment capital of over VND 1.565 billion on the area of about 245,5 ha at the Investment Promotion Conference from April 26^th, 2010 to April 28^th, 2010 in Macao.
